Beyond excellent service! I had the best customer service when I needed to get a ring resized – they were so patient and thorough. When it was ready, they notified me within the week to say I could pick it up.The staff are friendly and polite. The owner was also happy to offer ideas and advice on new designs. Over the years I have had many bits and pieces done there, from getting my Grandmothers’ wedding ring platinum plated, to having precious necklaces repaired after my babies tugged on them and broke them.They say the best way to judge future performance is to look at a persons track record. For 8 years, on every single visit, Garen has been just so friendly and professional. He is also incredibly talented (he fixed things no one else could!). Beyond excellent service! I had the best customer service when I needed to get a ring resized – they were so patient and thorough. When it was ready, they notified me within the week to say I could pick it up.The staff are friendly and polite. The owner was also happy to offer ideas and advice on new designs. They are very trustworthy and I would highly recommend them.

Over the years I have had many bits and pieces done there, from getting my Grandmothers’ wedding ring platinum plated, to having precious necklaces repaired after my babies tugged on them and broke them.They say the best way to judge future performance is to look at a persons track record.
