Not only do you get amazing customer service from Garen and his staff each time you visit his store, but also great quality gems. I first met Garen 8 years ago and have since returned for more stunning pieces and I am stilled wowed by Garen’s creativity each time. Garen is genuine and honest and has always delivered unique pieces to meet each occassion. The attention to detail he places on all his jewellery is amazing. If you are looking for good quality, and great statement pieces, Garen Jewellers is the place to be.

My fiance, Darren, and I browsed so many selections of rings at a lot of stores and once Madison showed us our rings, we knew those would be our wedding rings. They had to be custom made in 3 weeks and they were able to have them finished early with time to spare. We had Christina help us when we came in to pick them up and she was lovely! The genuine care and honesty and attention to detail Garen has shown is absolutely outstanding.The first class service Garen provided me with regards to my wedding ring was unbelievable. To say I was blown away by the quality is an understatement. Beyond excellent service! I had the best customer service when I needed to get a ring resized – they were so patient and thorough. When it was ready, they notified me within the week to say I could pick it up.The staff are friendly and polite. The owner was also happy to offer ideas and advice on new designs. They are very trustworthy and I would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this place enough they are just brilliant !!I have purchased quite a few items and and have been extremely happy with them, everyone comments on the pieces everyone admires the jewelry.Original handcrafted and exquisite.Garen turned an old ring into a beautiful pendant. I also had a pendant designed for a friend and she lost her favorite necklace.Everything that I have purchased has been so beautiful, stunning and unique.The quality of the items are not 100% they are 1000%I would never ever purchase any jewelry again from anyone else, but GarenThey make you feel like family they make you feel like a valued customer.I referred a couple of friends and they have been absolutely thrilled with the result.Very happy and grateful custom 😀

I stared visiting Garen Jewellery about 8 years ago to get my wedding rings cleaned and maintained. Over the years I have had many bits and pieces done there, from getting my Grandmothers’ wedding ring platinum plated, to having precious necklaces repaired after my babies tugged on them and broke them.They say the best way to judge future performance is to look at a persons track record. For 8 years, on every single visit, Garen has been just so friendly and professional. He is also incredibly talented (he fixed things no one else could!). His passion for jewellery and providing an excellent service is evident on every meeting. I would not hesitate to recommend Garen Jewellery for all things jewellery.

Beyond excellent service! I had the best customer service when I needed to get a ring resized – they were so patient and thorough. When it was ready, they notified me within the week to say I could pick it up.The staff are friendly and polite. The owner was also happy to offer ideas and advice on new designs. They are very trustworthy and I would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this place enough they are just brilliant !!I have purchased quite a few items and and have been extremely happy with them, everyone comments on the pieces everyone admires the jewelry.Original handcrafted and exquisite.Garen turned an old ring into a beautiful pendant. I also had a pendant designed for a friend and she lost her favorite necklace.Everything that I have purchased has been so beautiful, stunning and unique.The quality of the items are not 100% they are 1000%I would never ever purchase any jewelry again from anyone else, but GarenThey make you feel like family they make you feel like a valued customer.I referred a couple of friends and they have been absolutely thrilled with the result.Very happy and grateful custom 😀

Everyone was so amazing and knowledgeable when it came time to pick out an engagement ring. We went to Garen off a recommendation from a family member and we couldn’t be happier with all of their help. Jonathan was also such a superstar with his knowledge of coloured gemstones for us. Extremely surprised how professional, high quality and excellent both the service and the two diamond rings we purchased from Garen Jewellery. Chi managed us brilliantly. We had shopped around extensively including the city, Chaddy and Southland but it was at Garen’s that we were exceeded with our expectations. Chi has always been our go-to with Diamonds, her knowledge and reliability is just perfect & honest every time. They really personalised the whole experience for us. Every time we go into the store, they remember who we are and they always offer to clean the rings. I stared visiting Garen Jewellery about 8 years ago to get my wedding rings cleaned and maintained. Over the years I have had many bits and pieces done there, from getting my Grandmothers’ wedding ring platinum plated, to having precious necklaces repaired after my babies tugged on them and broke them.They say the best way to judge future performance is to look at a persons track record. For 8 years, on every single visit, Garen has been just so friendly and professional. He is also incredibly talented (he fixed things no one else could!). His passion for jewellery and providing an excellent service is evident on every meeting. I would not hesitate to recommend Garen Jewellery for all things jewellery.
