THE PROCESS

1 – Consultation

You may already have a design
in mind or may only have a few key details you would like to incorporate. Either way one of our experts will guide you
through all of your options and together we will help you
design your dream bespoke
piece.

2 – Selection

Our team will discuss metal and
gemstone preferences with
you. You will be shown many
different options from our
handpicked curated selection.
We will endeavour to find the
perfect stone for you.

3 – Ideation

Once your choices have been
finalised, we will create a
sketch and provide some
images for you to observe.
Final adjustments or
amendments will be made if
needed.

4 – Production

Once the design is confirmed, a
deposit will be required. We
will then share your design
with one of our specialist
craftsmen and it will be hand
made just for you!

5 – Delivery

Final product will usually take
4-6 weeks. Our secure courier
service will hand deliver your
item to you or you may choose
to collect it in-store.
